Dear All,

The following survey is based on the 2007 Macdonald & Company Employee Survey Completed last year, with a few refinements.

As per last year, please read the following statements and indicate what you think to each statement. For example Strongly Disagree, Disgree, Don't Know, Agree, or Strongly Agree.

Regarding the description of terms, please note:

"Team" = colleagues within your immediate team (e.g. London Technical)
"My Manager" = manager you directly report to
“Management Team" = i.e. Joe, Liz, Karen, Roberta, Jilly, Christian, Julie, Will G, Will B, Matt, Pam, Haroon & Peter.
"Leadership" = Peter Moore
